2.The respiratory system:
When stressed, breathing becomes faster because the body must drain oxygen from part of the body. For people with asthma and emphysema, stress conditions can cause more severe problems.
3.The circulatory system:
In addition to making the guts beat faster, long-term stress can cause the heart to widen. This creates increased activities in vital organs, and therefore the volume of blood pumped throughout the body. As a result, long-term stress can increase the danger of hypertension and stroke.
4.The gastrointestinal system:
Stress can facilitate and make you experience heartburn, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. Stress also affects the movement of food within the intestine, thereby increasing the danger of diarrhea and constipation.
