• Details of Lionel Messi’s Contract with PSG Revealed
Lionel Messi is set to earn a total of €110m for a period of three (3) years in his PSG contract according to a recent report.
The contract is reportedly similar to the one Barca was offering and had no transfer bonus.
However, the full money will be available to the Argentine superstar if he completes his own part of the contractual obligations.
• Sergi Roberto set to Extend his Contract at Camp Nou
The 29yrs old La Masia graduate is set to put pen to paper next week according to Spanish based newspaper, Marca.
The midfielder was a subject of transfer rumours earlier on due to the protracted duration of his contract extension talks.
However, it seems that is no longer an issue at the moment because Marca reports that Sergi Roberto is set to extend his stay at the club by at least 2yrs.
• Koeman’s future Looking Bleak
Following the defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday, the Barca gaffe has been facing myriad of criticisms, with some papers suggesting he may be sacked sooner than later.
The rumors were fueled by the overnight meeting held by Barca board members, which had the club’s President in attendance on Tuesday night.
That notwithstanding, the consensus at the moment is that if Koeman doesn’t turn around the misfortune going forward, he may be headed for the exit.
This comes as Jordi Cruyff was allegedly quizzed about temporarily taking over from his fellow Dutchman, to which he rejected.

Apparently, Barca’s VP Eduard Romeu thinks the financial standing of the club may hinder them from going for two of the games top marksmen. He said –
“It is possible (for both strikers to move to the Spanish capital) because Real Madrid is a great club which has great potential and strength.
“If we had done our homework in recent years we would be in the same situation as them. Florentino Perez has managed the club in a way that we have to take our hat off to. At a business level, no one is going to question him.”
• Outcome of Barca’s Audit Report set to be Revealed – VP
According to the club’s economic vice-president, some eye popping revelations are underway. The audit report is set to be revealed on October 6, 2021. The contents are likely to highlight the gross financial mismanagement that allegedly happened during the last administration. The VP said –
“There are some things found in the audit that are straight out of science fiction, that explain how to destroy a club in just a few years.”
