It’s funny how time runs once you are not thinking about it. Yesterday was just 2022, but now we are already in February.

So many new and original TV shows have been released this past year. As February gallops away, we bring you the best TV shows to binge watch away this week. Here’s our exclusive list to lighten up your week –

5. 1883

Probably the best Western on TV right now, 1883 tells a story of a group of immigrants journeying across American West. Set in same time period as the titular name, 1883 focuses on the story of a young American country girl whose family got mixed up with immigrants fleeing Germany and seeking greener pastures in the “free country”.

The problem though is that they were probably sold the wrong dream because what lies between them and freedom is death across dangerous terrains in the West. With bandits and horror being the order of life in 1883, survival is left only for the fittest.

Jon Favreu’s Star Wars small screen franchise continues in ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ after the huge success of “The Mandalorian”.

The Book of Boba Fett continues from the event of ‘Return of the Jedi’ and tells the story of Boba Fett after he was rescued and nursed back to health. Six episodes in and the legendary bounty hunter has already cornered some parts of the outer colony for himself and his cronies.

The show also boasts of the Mandalorian who was added in episode 5 of the Disney+ series. The Star Wars Western epic explores the character’s past with specific focus on what happened between events of Return of the Jedi (1983) and the second season of The Mandalorian (2020).

After so many controversies, DC’s Titan star, Alan Ritchson came out top for the much touted Jack Reacher series commissioned by Amazon. Reacher is an action packed Amazon original show that follows the events of Reacher’s false accusation.

Previously played on the big screen by Tom Cruise, Alan Ritchson’s Jack Reacher must make serious decisions about a murder case after he was arrested by the police but turned out the cops actually need his help when events went south.

John Cena’s Peacemaker is DC comics hottest TV Show right now and has continued to grow in popularity globally. Directed by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy and Suicide Squad), the show starts immediately after the world ending event in The Suicide Squad.

Although previously thought to have died, Peacemaker survived and was nursed back to health. However, he is not free yet and must band up with a secret group set up by Amanda Waller to investigate a new threat discovered as “butterflies”. The ‘Butterflies’ are extraterrestrials who invade their hosts (humans) and take over their body completely.

Will Peacemaker and his team save the world from these devilish looking aliens from outer space?

Raised by Wolves

After crash landing, Mother and Father are discovered by colonists and introduced to the ‘Collective’ alongside the children. In the new colony, we get to see that atheists are in charge while the Mithras adherents were nowhere to be found. However, that wasn’t for long before Marcus (Travis Fimmel) started creating adherents from the collective by preying on dissidents while preaching his perceived understanding of Mithraicism to his new converts.

Ridley Scott‘s latest science fiction adventure is set on an exoplanet where the survivors of humanity must work to survive alongside alien life forms while battling internal conflicts and the never ending war between atheists and Mithraicism.
