Year of DC Comics: Warner Bros to hit Box Office with Batman, Flash, Black Adam & Aquaman movies (video)

DC Comics and Warner Bros have been developing many projects for the big screen for a while now. The billion dollar success of Aquaman in 2018 meant that a second installment was instantly commissioned and will grace the screens by December 2022.

After hitting so many dead ends and developmental hiccups since it’s inception, “The Flash” will also be coming to the big screen this summer as one of the DC Comics biggest blockbusters showing in cinemas this year.

The Flash movie is rumoured to mirror the comics stories of “Flashpoint” and will see at least two Batman (Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton) play important roles. The picture is also likely to reset the DC Extended Universe as we know it since the story is going to have time traveling.

Another movie that has been in development limbo for 10yrs+ is “Black Adam” which is being portrayed by Dwayne Johnson. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will play the titular character who is likely going to be an antihero of some sort.

The actor previously told DC Comics fans to brace up because a new power is in the block, in reference to other superheroes like Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman.

The Batman will be the first release next month with early projections showing favourable response to Gotham Knights recent upcoming outing.
