Saturday Morning Reflections: Pastoral lies and Uptownerd busts

Dysautonomia is a dysfunction of the nerves that regulate non-voluntary body functions, such as heart rate, blood pressure and sweating. They say you should make an appointment to see a doctor if you feel light-headed when you stand up from a lying or seated position.

I also dare to say, albeit unconfirmed, that schizophrenia may have something to do with the stiffening of the mental capacity to differentiate between illusion and reality.

It may also have something to do with the reinforcement of the minds psyche to constantly seek for more lies in order to avoid facing an uncomfortable truth.

Well here’s my Saturday morning reflections today and it’s an uncomfortable truth I guess. This truth is definitely going to make you feel light-headed. Also, this truth is based on your capacity to differentiate between illusion and reality. As a matter of fact, here are a list of things your pastor/priest cannot do –

1. They cannot communicate to God, because, what God?

2. They cannot heal you because they’re just your fellow powerless humans.

3. They cannot offer you the path to salvation after death because noone knows what death actually means for humans or leads to.

4. They cannot deliver you from evil demons and Satan because those are just cock and bull stories to scare little children.
5. They cannot wedge anything to protect you from any imaginary spiritual attack because spiritual is just another word for imaginary religious fantasies.

6. Your priest or pastor cannot receive instructions on your behalf from any deity. If a pastor has done so before for you, it’s time you start referring the person to the next psychiatric clinic for thorough examination. That’s a major sign of schizophrenia.

Illusion or fantasy, Blue or Red, you decide! Remember, it’s an uncommon uncomfortable truth that will make you feel light-headed.
